    <p><!--block-->Angela began her career in child care in 2004 as a lead Preschool Teacher. She has since been a lead teacher in Prekindergarten classrooms, as well as, Private Kindergarten. Angela began her career with KinderCare in 2013. She has her bachelor of science degree in child development from Northern Illinois University and plans to work towards her master's degree in child and family studies in the near future. Angela enjoys working in the child care field because she recognizes that we are the first step in a child's educational future. In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, especially her adorable two-year-old niece. She is creative and likes to look through Pinterest for exciting new ideas for the center. Angela invites you to visit us and would love to introduce your family to ours.</p>

  • Janice Schillaci

    <p><!--block-->Janice began her career with KinderCare in 1994 while attending college. She graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She also holds her Illinois Teaching Certification. She also received her Illinois Center Director Credential and Early Childhood Credential. She will be working on earning her Infants and Toddler credential in the near future. Throughout her years of service,&nbsp; she was honored to earn awards for The Spirit of KinderCare, Employee of the Year twice, Employee of the Quarter twice, and Spirit of Service. Janice has held many various in center jobs, such as Health and Safety Coordinator, Programming Coordinator, Kindergarten Teacher, and Learning Adventures Teacher. She is trained in first aid, CPR, food safety and how to administer epi pens. In her spare time, Janice enjoys doing family activities, such as, traveling with her dad, theme nights with her nephews, and playing with her dog and birds. Visiting local attractions and festivals with friends is another favorite. She is also a big Disney fan and enjoys yearly daddy daughter trips to Disney World. She has a love of all animals, but especially dogs.&nbsp; One of her favorite KinderCare moments was being blessed to work with her mom. Janice enjoy coming to work and knowing she is making a difference in the education of the children in our center. &nbsp; She believe in strong communication between parents, management and the teachers. She looks forward to getting to know all of you and your children!</p>

  • Ms. Terese

    Ms. Terese has worked in the Infant Classroom since she started working for KinderCare. She has helped out in other classrooms when needed but her heart belongs with infants. She loves this classroom because she gets to see children experience things for the very first time, from taking their first step, to saying their first words. They come in as infants, completely dependent upon adults for their every need, and leave as little toddlers walking, talking and sitting at a table with their peers for meals. She feels her classroom and this age proves to be the most rewarding and is privileged to be a part of it all.

    <p><!--block-->Melissa loves to greet her children as they arrive in the mornings. Her favorite part of her job is celebrating her classroom children reaching their milestones during the first year.</p>

  • Ms. Shehnaz

    Starting in 1988, Ms. Shehnaz started working at Elgin Community College in their infant classroom. Ever since then, she has worked with infants and could not imagine working with any other age group. She loves teaching them each and every day and also learning through them.
